Project Management and Project Governance in Hydro
The training course “Project Management and Project Governance” will contribute to common and efficient work processes for development and execution of projects in Hydro.
The course is based on internationally recognized principles and best practices for governance and management of projects that applies for all types of projects, i.e. investments, technology development, IT, HR, etc.
The target group is all personnel that is or is going to be involved in project work, whether they represent the project owners (recipients) or are participants in project teams.
The training program secures our ability to deliver professional planning, development and execution of projects. It consists of 19 modules that includes e-learning and a final workshop.

HSE in Hydro projects
Managing scope, time and cost
Organization and leading project teams
Risk management
Procurement management - good practices in procurement management.
