Project Management and Project Governance

The course gives the participants insight into the broad field of project management and extended knowledge on how to plan and execute projects in a professional manner.

Short description
Practical and interactive exercises give the participant an insight into recognized methods and tools that are used in running successful projects.

Who should attend
Personnel that is or is going to be involved in project work, whether they represent the project owners (recipients) or are participants in project teams.

Time
The course is carried out with typically 10-15 participants in each session. After having registered yourself (choose “Get started” on top of the page) you will be directed to the course calendar where you choose your preferred session.

Please note that the e-learning course must be completed before participating in the workshop.

Estimated completion time for the e-learning depending on former competence: 17-20 hours, or approximately 1 hour per module in average. After completion of the e-learning a one-day workshop is carried out facilitated by professional project managers from Metier and Hydro Projects.
